The QUALIOPI certification is a unique and mandatory quality standard created in November of 2019 by the new public institution “France Compétences” in order to harmonize the practice of training organizations in France.
Techtomed is a training organization providing skills’ development training actions referenced in Datadock since 2017 and, in order to be able to continue to meet the training needs of our customers, we have decided to start the certification process in 2020 and to be accompanied all along by a firm of experts in the field, thus guaranteeing our quality pledge to our customers.
Once our file ready, a certification body checked our compliance with the 7 following criteria, including a total of 32 indicators, during a mock audit followed by an initial audit :
- Public information conditions
- Accurate identification of objectives & adaptation to audiences
- Reception, support, monitoring & evaluation methods
- Pedagogic, technical & supervision resources
- Staff qualification & skills’ development
- Enrolment & investment in the professional environment
- Feedbacks & complaints processing
To guarantee high quality training over time, a surveillance audit will be carried out 14 to 22 months later, followed by a renewal audit 3 years after the first audit.
Since April 2021, TechToMed has been a training organization providing skills’ development training actions (OPAC) holding the QUALIOPI quality certification for training actions services, thus guaranteeing you high quality professional training services and allowing us to offer an increasingly wide range of training courses adapted to your needs, whether it is an inter-enterprise or an intra-enterprise training course.
